Ritambra Verma

A graduate of Stockton University with a BA in Computer Science and a minor in Mathematics, Ritambra Verma has more than a decade of experience in the hospitality industry.

Ritambra began her career with Resorts Casino Hotel as a Reservations Agent and was immediately recognized as a leader.

Ritambra has held several positions with Resorts including Reservations Shift Supervisor, Reservations Manager, Director of Revenue Optimization and finally Director of Revenue Optimization & Hotel Sales.

Her progression with Resorts Casino Hotel speaks to her abilities as a strong industry leader.

In her personal life, Ritambra is an active member in her community. She enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family. Ritambra describes herself as a leader who is always eager to take on new challenges and grow.

Victoria Caprio

From her team orientated attitude to her professional and courteous demeanor, Vicki is one of Resorts’ prominent Hotel Sales team members. Vicki started with Resorts in college as an internship, she was eventually hired full time as a sales coordinator, quickly working her way up to the Senior Sales Manager. For 10 years at Resorts’, Vicki has shown exceptional growth and has been responsible for bringing new groups and business to the property as well as maintaining existing groups at Resorts. Vicki was a recipient of the Top 40 under 40 Humanitarian Award in 2014 and is an active member of Meeting Professionals International. Vicki is a graduate of East Carolina University with bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and a minor in Business.

Vicki is a mom to three beautiful busy little boys, Santino, Lorenzo and Angelo. While balancing three young ones, Vicki is also very active in her community, she enjoys working out, the beach, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.

Anthony Smith

Prior to Resorts, Anthony has 15 years of hands on experience in a private country club setting where he was responsible for many aspects of the creative and efficient overall layout of ballroom design, from audio-visual to décor to table scape to ceremony and dining room set up. He is well experienced in the varied religious and non-religious wedding customs and traditions which are so often celebrated.

As Director of Banquets & Catering, Anthony ensures that our Banquet team, in concert with Chef Rob and the Culinary team, maintains the highest level of preparation and service to your guests.
